THM

THM stands for Trim Healthy Mama. It is an eating plan by Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison. The books are available on Amazon. I’m just starting on this plan and excited about making some healthy changes in my life. I’m going to list some resources here that will be helpful to those following THM. I hope to add more in the future.

If you are a THM & a teacher than this is the blog for you!! Please stop by my Teachers Pay Teachers store. It’s full of resources for elementary teachers!

I’ve been trying to organize my weekly menus and I decided to do something that I often do for the classroom – – create QR codes! The links below will take you to the .pdf of the menu cards for one week.

The days of the weeks are listed and E/S/FP meal types. It has the page numbers for the book (the latest version of the cookbook). The cards list breakfast/lunch/snack/dinner/snack for each day. If there is an arrow that points to a QR code, that means it is a link to a recipe on another site. You will need a QR code reader (free) and a smart phone or smart device. You simply scan the code and it will take you to the webpage.

There are 2 versions – .pdf for easy printing & powerpoint (.pptx) in case you want to edit and make them your own.

I’m printing the cards on cardstock, cutting, and laminating. They are then going on a small book ring so I have easy access and can take them with me everywhere.

Please let me know if you see any mistakes. You can leave a comment or email me at luv2harp at gmail dot com (replace the at w/ @ and the dot with . and remove spaces)

I’ve changed the format. I’m now listing breakfast, lunch & dinner on the menu card and including some prep instructions to prepare the prior evening. I’m putting snacks and desserts on their own cards. Just pick a dessert or snack for the fuel that you need.
